A fine Mexborough Wesleyan Chapel money bank from the Yorkshire England.
The box is flanked by two cherubs and is emblazoned in capitals across the front WESLEYAN CHAPEL.
Crisp modelling and well executed colours make this a highly decorative and charming piece.
Probably produced at the local Mexborough Pottery.
