Figure of a seated cat ,earthenware, lead glazed on a creamware body decorated with sponged underglaze oxide colours in the Whieldon fashion. The figure is press molded and dates to the 1770 period, Staffordshire England.

Dimensions: 5.50 inch high

Medium: creamware underglaze oxide lead glaze pottery ceramic earthenware

Current Condition Restored ears and base chip.

Provenance: Zeitlin Collection and then Private collection of an English lady .
