A very rare Swansea Porcelain figure group on stepped oblong base with gilt lines.
The figureis modelled in deep relief with a flat back which gives a strong interesting three dimensional quality. The enamel colours are exceptional.
The figure depicts a group scene with the mother carrying a a pitcher and glass on a tray with the daughter holding on lovingly, the young boy and the two dogs perfectly complete the picture.
An enigmatic and engaging piece.
