Staffordshire pottery bocage figure with two birds and nest in tree early 19th century English.

Dated: c. 1820 English Staffordshire.

An amusing and highly appealing colorful Staffordshire pearlware pottery figure group with two birds perched in branches. The unique double leaved bocage is especially well modelled with exceptional detail to leaves and fruit.
The base of the figure retains the label of Jonathan Horne.
