Antique Staffordshire pottery figure group of a shepherds couple surrounded by figures of sheep,lambs,a dog and a goat.
The detail on this figure is very appealing as is the romantic and idealised subject.
The bocage is of a rare and unusual form and the figure has a distictive uniqueness when compared to similar Staffordshire pottery figures of the late 18th and early 19th century in England.
