Prattware Pottery Toby Jug "Hearty Good Fellow" type early 19th century period English.
The piece strongly decorated in classic Pratt colours of blue, yellow and manganese all underglaze.
The old hand written label inside the toby jug reads...."Hearty Good Fellow Toby Jug versions of this in British Museum, Stoke on Trent ( Potteries Museum) and Victoria and Albert-illustrated in John Bedford's TOBY JUGS"
