North East English pink splash luster ( lustre ) plaque with an underglaze print of the sailing ship GUDRUN. The ship is enhanced with enamel colors and the plaque bears the impress mark for the G and A Albion Pottery
a rare mark.
Galloway and Atkinson took over the Albion Pottery in 1864.
