PAIR ANTIQUE ENGLISH POTTERY PRATTWARE PLATES

A pair of antique English pottery plates with Pratt colours and a fine pearlware glaze.
The decoration on both these pottery plates is quite unique.
The pratt colours are used to depict flowers,leaves and stems in a very abstract and detailed form.
The result from the unknown artist is almost contemporary and they are wonderful pieces of "outsider art" the like of which I have never seen before.
Possibly from the Yorkshire potters or of course Staffordshire.
