A good Staffordshire Pottery pearlware table-base figure PREPARE TO MEET THY GOD. These table base pieces are attributed to the Obadiah Sherratt Pottery. This example is very colourful with quality modelling and enamel colours with the addition in places of pink lustre. The two figures flanking the motto and the heavenly symbols have masonic relevance.
