Standing pottery figure of a gentleman possibly a merchant judging from his affluent pose.
The figure is press molded and decorated with oxide colors and a lead glaze in the Thomas Whieldon fashion. The figure probably emanates from his workshop and dates to the mid 18th century period.

Dimensions: 2.00 inch wide 5.50 inch high 1.75 inch deep

Medium: creamware pottery ceramic

Current Condition Restored professionally and invisibly some breaks at body and minor chip.
