A fine pair of Victorian Staffordshire pottery figures of seated spaniels which have been modelled with seperate front legs. This pair of Staffordshire figures are of exceptional quality and decorative appeal. Probably the best version of the classic pair of Staffordshire dogs ever produced.Note the oversized best gold decorated padlocks, the crisp modelling of the dogs curls and fur and to top it al off a wonderful thick soft blue high quality glaze.
