Antique Staffordshire pottery fox head stirrup cup late 18th century period.
The earthenware body is a yellow buff colour, the cup is modelled in a slightly flatish form which denotes a late 18th century date. This gives the figure a more slightly sinister aspect to the wily foxes darker side.
