Antique Staffordshire figure of a cockerel standing proudly on a square shaped base.
This figure has exceptional modelling and vibrant strong enamels.
Produced in one of the many Staffordshire potteriesit dates to circa 1800/20 period.
Probably the best model of a rooster produced by the English potters in the early 19th century.
