Staffordshire pottery pearlware table base figure group with bocage titles ALE BENCH.
This charming group portray a couple enjoying with some gusto a goblet of ale. The pair are modelled seated with a castle in the background flanked by trees. Ale Bench pairs up with another table base figure titled TEETOTAL. Both these figures are rare.
