An unusual and rare version of "The New Marriage Act",Staffordshire pearlware glazed pottery figure bocage group.
The bocage is known as the "anthemion leaf", highly decorative especially with the cluster of 6 flowers.
In the centre of the tree trunk is an unusually modeled blue flower which is an intriguing addition to this charming group.
