A rare and previously unrecorded tower shaped jar and cover in creamware the body with engine turned bands. The cover features a spectacular flower head finial in translucent green and the incised HERCULANEUM mark on the reverse.
This simply elegant and perfectly formed piece stands 12 inches high.
