Antique English pottery figure of a cow creamer late 18th century
Reference: 6084
Dated: c. 1795 England
A very charming English pottery pearlware cow creamer standing on a base with blue sponge and mustard spot decoration. The calf is unusually modeled and I cannot recollect ever having seen one actually suckling. The creamer is slightly smaller than usual and the overall rendition is naive and warming, a most endearing and rare piece complete with original lid.
