Antique English delftware clock dial with a green scrolled border late 18th century

Dated: c. 1750 to c. 1775 English

Antique English pottery delftware clock dial with roman numerals and a scrolling green and black border.
The face would have been intended for a 24 hour long case clock.
Great care with detail was necessary with the painting as accuracy would be paramount for denoting the correct time.
A very rare and unusual example.
