A rare and highly decorative creamware pottery jelly core with the impressed mark on the base for Josiah Wedgwood of Staffordshire England. This wonderfully fanciful and unusually shaped example dates to the late 18th century.
The enamel decoration and quality is of the highest standard as one would expect from the master potter Josiah Wedgwood.
